Stagecoach School for the Performing Arts

Stagecoach Performing Arts Canada is looking for a highly organized, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across our growing network of performing arts schools.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You’ll support digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, SEO, lead generation and seasonal enrolment campaigns, while helping local Stagecoach schools and franchisees market their businesses effectively.

You’ll work across multiple projects and locations, so strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Most importantly, you’ll understand that great marketing should drive action — from a parent discovering Stagecoach, to submitting an enquiry, booking a trial class or registering their child.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Google Ads, Meta advertising, social media and email campaigns
Coordinating seasonal enrolment, events, camps and new-school marketing campaigns
Supporting website updates, SEO, local search and landing-page optimization
Creating and coordinating social media content and digital assets
Providing marketing support, resources and guidance to Stagecoach franchisees
Tracking leads, registrations and campaign performance
Preparing reports and identifying opportunities to improve results
Coordinating marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets and communications
Using AI and emerging marketing technology to improve productivity and effectiveness

We’re looking for someone with:

1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing or communications experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with digital platforms, data and technology
A basic understanding of digital advertising, SEO and website marketing
A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
An interest in AI and emerging marketing technology

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO, WordPress/CMS platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, Canva/Adobe or social media scheduling tools would be an asset.

The ideal candidate is organized, digital, curious, creative, proactive and collaborative, with an understanding that marketing is ultimately about connecting the right families with the right opportunities.
