This class consists of 6 sessions, meeting weekly on Sundays, 10:30am-1:00pm, from November 8 through December 13.
In Tour of the Teachers, actors explore the ideas and techniques of some of the most influential acting teachers and practitioners, discovering how different approaches can unlock different parts of your work.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different methodology, put it into practice through acting exercises and scene work, and explore what it can offer you as an individual artist. Rather than searching for one “right” technique, the goal is to experiment, take what works, and build a broader, more adaptable actor toolbox.
Expect an active, practical class built around trying things on your feet, taking risks, and discovering new ways into character, text, action, and connection.
